About Beverly
Beverly Vance Aikins is a speaker, recovery advocate, mentor, and mother. You may know her family’s story from Hillbilly Elegy; today she brings her own voice to the conversation, sharing her lived experience of faith, family, and recovery.

The essentials, in one place.
Beverly’s family story is known through Hillbilly Elegy. The story she tells in her own words is about rebuilding a life, reconnecting with family, and finding purpose through faith and community.
She speaks about that experience with honesty and warmth. Her message is one of hope, healing, recovery, and purpose, and of the possibility of beginning again.
Her presentations focus on lived experience, not politics.
