Beverly Vance Aikins LLC uses the details you choose to share to respond to appointment, speaking, and media inquiries.

Appointment requests

The form collects your name, email address, preferred time, inquiry type, and the optional phone, organization, and message you provide. Requests are stored on our server for up to 180 days. Each request requires staff confirmation. Please avoid including sensitive personal or health information.

When Google Calendar is connected and staff add a confirmed request, event and contact details are shared with Google Calendar to manage the conversation. The website does not automatically send email or SMS messages from an appointment request.

Optional AI chat and voice

When enabled, our AI assistant sends your chat messages or microphone audio to OpenAI to respond. The website does not save chat transcripts or audio recordings. OpenAI processes this data under its own policies. The assistant is AI, and it can make mistakes. Microphone access starts only after you choose to start a voice conversation and grant permission.

Videos, links, and cookies

Videos on this website are served from our own server. Following a Facebook or other external link opens a service with its own privacy practices. We do not use advertising analytics or marketing cookies. A secure cookie supports staff sign-in, and a temporary security cookie is used when staff connect Google Calendar.
